Interim FM Manager £550pd

Role: Area Property Operations (FM) Manager

Rate: £550 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid and in Wolverhampton

Duration: 6 months

An Interim FM Manager to join a major central Government organisation, to be responsible for the management of Facilities, including Security, Maintenance, and Services.

You will review and report on performance against key KPIs in Safety, Cost, Programme and Quality, plus implementing remediation actions

Managing preparation, approval and issue of technical and safety documentation, you will see these through to review and implementation.

Required:

• Strong, Hard & Soft Facilities Management experience
• Ideally, experience within a Public Sector or Government experience.
• Good communication and liaison ability.
