Interim SEND Finance Manager £650pd

Role: Finance Manager / Business Partner - SEND

Rate: £650pd (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per month in Oxford

Duration: ASAP to end of August 2026

Client: Public Sector

An Interim Finance Business Partner, to join a large Public Sector organisation, within their SEND (Special Educational Needs) / High Needs Finance division.

You will work on Education and dedicated schools grant requirements and regulations, as well as driving successful SEND Financial Reform.

This role will work across the organisation, as well as with external entities such as other councils, public and educational bodies.

Requirements:

• SEND / High Needs Financial experience
• Experience in Education and knowledge of dedicated schools grant regulations
• CCAB or CIMA Qualified.
• Understanding of Financial Management, Business Planning, Governance, Risk Management, processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and engagement ability.
