The Role: Senior Procurement Manager

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you'll take the lead on shaping and executing category strategies across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations-ensuring procurement is seen not just as a function, but as a business enabler.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering complex end-to-end sourcing strategies across high-impact spend categories.

• Building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to embed Procurement's value proposition throughout the organisation.

• Navigating ambiguity and driving cross-functional collaboration to solve procurement challenges in innovative, sustainable ways.

• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and embedding sustainability and risk management across the supply chain.

• Leading robust negotiations on scope, commercials, and contracts-working closely with Legal, Finance, Tax and other internal teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record in Procurement and Category Management across Marketing, HR, and Professional Services.

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Experience in embedding sustainable procurement practices into sourcing strategies.

• Commercial acumen, resilience, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.

• Executive presence, with the gravitas to influence and engage at all levels.

• Ideally, Degree-qualified and MCIPS certified.
