We're supporting a global industry leader undergoing a major procurement transformation, and we're looking for a Global Purchasing Process Lead to drive standardisation, optimisation, and innovation across sourcing and procurement operations.

The Opportunity

This is far from a traditional procurement role. You'll sit at the heart of a global transformation programme, working across regions to:

• Design and implement standardised sourcing processes across international markets
• Define and optimise end-to-end procurement requirements and workflows
• Drive best-in-class procurement excellence frameworks
• Lead process harmonisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed scalable, future-ready procurement practices

What You'll Be Involved In

• Global process transformation programmes
• Procurement operating model design
• Digital procurement initiatives and systems enhancement
• Supporting implementation and optimisation of tools such as SAP Ariba and other leading platforms
• Driving data-led decision making and performance visibility
• Enabling procurement teams to operate more strategically and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing process excellence
• Experience in process standardisation, optimisation, or transformation
• Understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay (S2P) processes
• Exposure to procurement systems and digital tools
• Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment with senior stakeholders
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
