Procurement Specialist required to strengthen an Amsterdam-based Procurement team. You will own sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and execute end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities. This role requires commercial sharpness, independence, and the confidence to challenge processes while enabling speed, scalability, and operational excellence across a technology-driven financial services environment. You will be joining a small upward track, supportive team with a manager who will provide mentorship and the opportunity for growth. This is a fast moving environment therefore you will be required to roll your sleeves up and be invested. This is an exceptional opportunity for an indirects procurement graduate who is looking for their next career step.

Ideally you will be comfortable being in the office daily, based in central Amsterdam, at least for the the initial part of your employment to allow for collaboration with the team, after which there will be the opporunity to work on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview

• Own indirects category strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier partnerships

• Lead negotiations, contracting, and award decisions

• Deliver full Procure-to-Pay execution (PR to invoice)

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy standards

• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years' procurement/supply chain experience (indirects preferred)

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

• Advanced understanding of IT Services & SaaS models

• Confident decision-maker in fast-paced environments

• Excellent English communication skills
