Temporary Procurement Support
In the Temporary Procurement Support role, you will assist the Procurement Helpdesk team in administering the Procure to Pay (P2P) process within the Procurement & Commercial Shared Service Centre (SSC).
You'll form part of a team who offer an internal helpdesk service to the wider Procurement function and business users, providing guidance and support in the use of P2P systems and processes including onboarding new Suppliers.
Within this team, you will fulfil an administrative role that involves management of e-mail enquiries and service requests from internal customers, effective maintenance of knowledge material held within SharePoint and completion of tasks that support delivery of the P2P Improvement Programme.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding and be familiar with general procurement procedures.
With excellent communication skills you should be customer focussed and both process and detail orientated with experience of using Outlook and Office 365.
Working knowledge of Oracle Procurement would be advantageous but not essential.
Being able to work independently as well as part of a team is important, as is managing your time effectively and working to deadlines.
