Temporary Payment Co-ordinator - £19.50ph

I'm currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an interim Payment Co-ordinator to join a FTSE, leading FMCG company, in support of their Logistics Team.

This role is an initial 10-month contract, paying up to £19.50 per hour (inside IR35, through Umbrella), based in Glasgow, with significant flexibility around working from home.

The Role:

You will work closely with the Logistics Team, in Warehousing and Transportation to provide key support in co-ordinating Purchase Orders in the SAP system, as well as dealing with rate cards and costs in their freight system.

You will work across teams (some of which are geographically dispersed) to reconcile Purchase Orders and ensure that spends and spend data are correct.

This role will offer support and training in SAP where needed.

Requirements:

- Proven customer service, finance, export or carrier management experience.

- Ability to communicate with and liaise at a range of levels.

- Compliance experience.

- Adept to pick up new processes and systems quickly and able to work autonomously.

- Ideally some experience with SAP.
