Temporary Partnerships Manager - Retail £535pd

Currently recruiting an incredibly exciting opportunity for an Interim Partnerships Manager to join my world-leading, FTSE 100 Energy Client, in support of their Loyalty Programme and customer development proposition.

This company are currently undergoing significant corporate change, and are at their forefront of their field in sustainability, with aims to become carbon neutral by 2050.

This is a 6-month contract, offering up to £535 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35), based working from home and in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

As Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for driving forward my client's retail loyalty programme and partnerships strategy. You will develop the customer development proposition to increase loyalty value perception for customers, and identify attractive rewards partners for customers.

You will own these partnerships, carrying out end-to-end relationship development and set-up, spanning identification, financial modelling, management of the approach, negotiation, management of contracts and understanding the commercials behind offers. You will also drive awareness of the program and increase membership.

This is a senior role, responsible for identifying and driving incremental value for both the business and customers; you will act as main point of expertise for my client's loyalty structure.

Requirements:

- Excellent breadth of experience delivering partnerships within a loyalty environment, ideally within retail or travel.

- A strong commercial background and financial management ability (including legal and due diligence).

- Good Project Management skills in a complex, matrix environment.

- Ability to build strong relationships, effectively liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders up a very senior level.

- Understanding of consumer journey mapping, and prospecting and pipeline management ability.
