Interim IT Product Manager - £495 (inside)

A fantastic opportunity for an Interim Product Manager with strong experience digitising processes to join a market-leading, FTSE 100 company, undergoing huge, company-wide transformation.

This company stands firmly at forefront of their field in the energy market, striving for differential thinking and entrepreneurial in seeking out new revenue streams, including partnerships with regions and cities on sustainable energy deals and significant investment in hydrogen and Electric Vehicle charging solutions. They are focused on driving sustainability, with long-term aims to become truly carbon neutral, moving away from traditional Oil and Gas production.

A 6-month role, with strong scope for extension, offering up to £495 per day (inside IR35, through Umbrella), with a split approach to working from home and in their offices in the South East.

The Role:

As Product Manager, you will focus on my client's Best Practice application for Data and Analytics.

You will create a Roadmap to roll out the application to other areas within the function.

You will be responsible for a Dev/Ops Squad, providing a Product Roadmap and vision, based on interaction with customers across the business.

This role will involve a large amount of connection with a range of different stakeholders, across functions and geographies.

You will lead the tool's successful integration into different areas of the business which will benefit, prioritise the backlogs, and lead stand ups.

Requirements:

  • Strong, previous experience working in a Product Management capacity.
  • Scrum Master skills, and experience running Dev / Ops.
  • Customer centricity - a focus on the customer, rather than a B2B focus.
  • Crucial - strong, previous experience digitising processes.
  • Strong skills of stakeholder management and engagement, up to a senior level.
  • Agile experience preferred.
