One of the world's largest and most innovative biotech organizations is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager.

This is an initial 3-month interim contract likely to extend until the end of the year offering up to £61.50 p/h inside IR35 and remote working. The contract is likely to extend through till the end of the year.

The Project Manager will be responsible for working with a number of Project and Business leads within the project to create, manage and execute project level plans to achieve the overarching project benefits delivery. The project manager will play a key role in understanding the status, risks, and issues at the project level and then reporting this into the overall project to ensure continue benefit delivery aligned to the business case.

• Project Management experience 7 years +
• Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Agile)
• HR Systems Expertise and Digitalisation skills - Workday
• Good working understanding and experience of implementing and supporting HR IT cloud-based systems, data analytics, and experience of integrating processes.
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with and prioritizing complex business requirements within a multi-project project.
• Experience in working with a range of business stakeholders from senior management to team members.

Licenses/ Certifications:

• Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Agile)
• HCM systems - Workday Desirable
