Temporary Finance Specialist - £138pd

My client, A world-leading FMCG company, is currently recruiting an Interim Finance Specialist role, crucial to the opening of their new site.

This role is based in Edinburgh, paying up to £138 per day (inside IR35, through Umbrella), for an initial 2 months, with a potential temp-to-perm opportunity.

The Role:

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will work autonomously on the handling and reconciliation of cash and physical cash.

You will ensure the books and relevant systems are appropriately kept and updated, as well as carrying out reconciliation between various systems.

You will support a geographically dispersed team on reporting and liaise closely with teams on the ground on other finance processes and issue resolution.

Requirements:

- Experience within finance or a recent finance graduate.

- Prior background in a large company, ideally with some retail, hospitality or banking exposure.

- Reliable, precise and the ability to deal with cash.

- Finance Qualification.

- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

This role requires a candidate with the ability to be located on the ground on their site in Edinburgh, who is available immediately.
