Temporary Finance Business Analyst - £300 - £550(Inside)

I'm currently recruiting a great opportunity for an experienced, driven Business Analyst to join a FTSE 100 FMCG business on an interim basis, and support their crucial roll-out of a centralised and unified payroll provider to new markets.

This role offers up to £300 - £550 per day DOE (inside IR35, through Umbrella), for a contract initially up until the end of December 2021, with remote working.

The Role:

My client is currently running an exciting payroll project on a global basis to implement a centralised and unified payroll provider across 4 new markets.

You will review the existing system, modify and streamline processes, ensure all the of the data is running correctly and make autonomous, key decisions on the design and execution of the finance payroll system.

You will drive the transformation of the current, fragmented state into an integrated, streamlined platform for Finance payroll.

Requirements:

- You will have strong, previous Business Analyst experience, ideally with some background in finance.

- You will ideally have some previous experience of systems-focused projects.

- A proven ability to understand analytical processes and outputs, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders cross-functionally, business-wide and across geographies.

- Self-driven with the ability to make autonomous decisions, champion continuous improvement and innovation.
