One of the worlds largest and most innovative medical technology firms has an urgent requirement for an Interim HR Data Analyst.
This is a 10-week initial contract with the potential for extension offering up to £500 p/d and WFH.
This position is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role would be responsible for the review, verification and collection of the 1099 and CW data held within the NED, before it is transferred into Workday, but they will also be expected to cover and support other parts of the Workday system on a flexible basis. They will help to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and data, developing and maintaining system and process documentation and communicating changes to applicable staff.
They must have a good knowledge of Workday processes and will participate, and support HR projects and change initiatives as required.
Education: Degree qualified
Management Level: P3
Experience: 5+ years of Workday technical experience in HCM, Reporting and Extend
HRIS Systems, MS office,
Competences: Communication and influencing, manage multiple stakeholders, detailed orientated, customer focused
