One of the worlds leading biomedical organizations has an urgent requirement for an Interim Customer Service Advisor.

This will be an initial 6-month interim contract based in Watford offering up to £15.50 p/h home working available.

Overview:

You will provide customer service and support to internal and external customers (Health Care Professionals) for orders, loans and general enquiries. Ensuring all requests are prioritised, organised and processed accurately and on time; within agreed KPI targets at a minimum. Actively promote products, services, promotions and company events to Health Care Professionals during relevant customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years SAP Experience
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
• Good telephone manner
• Organisational skills
• Attention to detail
