Global Category Manager - Cloud for a Leading Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf

Working in the strategic Procurement function in London, you will get the opportunity to work with a company that operate in over 60 countries, with over 4000 offices.

This is not a traditional Category Manager position.

This opportunity provides you the ability to work with the Group CIO and their leadership team, with more senior exposure than other similar banded positions.

Cloud is forming large parts of the strategic conversation and you will work on some of the most visible projects within the organisation.

Part of this will centre around migrating the existing workload to the cloud, building business cases, working with IT and ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory obligations.

You will also need to roll your sleeves up, navigating contracts and identifying opportunities to make savings.

Mitigating risk and cost savings is incredibly important within the department and business, so a record of managing this is preferred.

You will be entrepreneurial in nature and ideal candidates would have experience on a global or EMEA wide basis with cloud, software, licensing and applications.
