Leading chemical company based in Frankfurt, Germany who works with FTSE 100 companies are looking for a Supply Chain Manager join their team.

As a supply chain manager, you'll oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw materials to the delivery of the final product. You'll ensure the right amount of product is made at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product and play a vital role in the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
• Working in projects globally with the international team
• Reporting directly to Head of Supply Chain
• 20% travel

Skills Experience Required

• Degree in Supply Chain Management (preffered), Logistics, or similar field
• Have minimum of 5-10 years or previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
• Experience in building and managing partnerships with vendors and/or external customers up to an executive level
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in German and English
