Our client, a Major Fashion Retailer are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team to manage projects within their supply chain operations on an International scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain projects on both a domestic and international scale
• Challenge current supply chain processes and optimise operations
• Work collaboratively with a team to develop a best in class supply chain
• Guiding colleagues through cultural change and assist in finding a best in practise way of working

Person Specification:

• Excellent understanding of End to End Supply Chain is neccesary to be successful in this role
• Strong expertise in guiding a team through a period of operational and cultural change
• Experience of optimising supply chains on both a UK & International scale
• Strong experience managing a supply chain in a Fashion or E-commerce industry is an absolute must have
• Experience managing a team is required for this role
