I'm currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Lead, with strong engineering/manufacturing/defence background, to join my esteemed client and work on an exciting programme on a permanent basis.

This role is paying up to £65k+ benefits (depending on experience) and is based in Hampshire.

Requirements:
* Must have experience supporing from bid development through to project delivery
* Experience having led or been involved with developing a route to market strategy for the new product introduction to the market
* Ability to develop less experienced team members through the provision of direct and actionable feedback,
* Able to work autonomously in a complex environment
* Strong stakeholder experience
