Job Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of system processes for activities relating to Oracle ERP, e-procurement and product catalogues
• Responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle master files and data relating to products, vendors, contracts and preference cards
• Support category managers in the analysis of spend categories and contracting opportunities
• Update regular reports and dashboards relating to savings and contract utilization
• Ensure system and process alignment through US supply chain partnerships
• Management of EDI transmission administration (850, 855, 856, 810)
• Supporting end users in raising requests for creating new or amending existing products, contracts or vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Person specification:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area is required
• Experience manipulating and preparing raw data for analysis and reporting
• Demonstrable experience collating and manipulating data in a recent substantial previous role is required
• Strong skills in spreadsheet analysis using MS Excel (pivot tables, macros etc.)
• Experience designing, documenting and implementing workflows and processes
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Healthcare industry experience would be highly advantageous
