Salary: Up to £50K + 10% Bonus + Pension + Private Medical + 30 Days Holiday
Location: London / Leeds (2 days p/w on-site)

Role Overview
The Supplier Assurance Expert will play a critical role in executing the Supplier Assurance Strategy within Shared Services. You will oversee supplier risk and compliance audits for Procurement & Supply Chain, ensuring robust management, control, and adherence to legislative, contractual, and regulatory requirement
Role:
- You will be tasked with contributing to the strategy by communicating changes in key industry regulations, such as those from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other legal, regulatory, or risk management frameworks, to the Supplier Assurance Manager for integration into the strategy review/processes
- You will be responsible for maintaining consistency in risk classifications and reporting, identifying patterns or trends, and referring significant issues to the Supplier Assurance Manager.
- You will ensure changes in regulations and frameworks are incorporated into assessment practices.
- You will be expected to achieve all required performance indicators, including assessment volumes, reporting timescales, business feedback scores, and audit targets.
Experience:
- Do you have experience in risk, audit, or legal fields?
- Do you have experience working in a highly regulated industry?
- Do you have excellent stakeholder management skills?
- Do you have experience with policy and assurance frameworks?
- You will bring strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
