My client hires and develops the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world and is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Consultant or Manager for Strategic Sustainability Consulting to develop expertise by client strategies on how organizations can manage their impacts on society and how their strategic decisions are influenced by this.

My client have the ambition to keep growing, as the need for strategic responses to climate change, ESG and sustainability challenges increases and therefore the demand for other services. They want to attract people who are passionate about dealing with these challenges with a business mindset.

Your challenges include:

• you can develop client ready ESG strategy support.
• you challenge clients on their strategic decisions.
• you advise companies on their impact on society.
• you analyse the impact of ESG trends on strategy.
• you can contribute to business development.

To be successful in this role:

• a minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting experience.
• strong language skills both in Dutch and English.
• excellent advisory skills.
• hands-on, able to build and maintain relationships.
• ambitious to make impact with strategic advisory of clients.
• you have completed a relevant academic education.
