This is a great opportunity for a Sub Contract Manager with extensive procurement experience to join a growing team of highly skilled procurement professionals who operate in a very challenging and demanding highly regulated industry.

Essentially an Indirect Services role this position is not traditionally aligned to indirect spend. A background in Engineering Manufacturing, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Nuclear or Medical Devices would be critical to navigate the levels of regulation and compliance associated with the service contracts in the role. Your expertise and credibility in these areas will allow you to ensure that the Group Procurement Strategic Plan is supported at a supplier and category level.

Managing the performance of allocated suppliers the role will pursue improved cost reduction, risk reduction, contractual quality, delivery performance and effectiveness for allocated categories. The role will also require the implementation of procurement value creation methodologies. Experience and effectiveness across standardisation, category management, outsourcing and supplier management are all vital.
