I am working with a Client who is recruting for a Junior Sourcing Specialist to support the Procurement Function.

You will be joining a leading private hospital working both from home and their beautiful offices in London.

Sourcing Specialist responsibilites will include-

• Leading development for specific sourcing projects as allocated by the Head of Procurement (these will be for major capital projects and assets but may involve services or a combination of all)
• Contract drafting and negotiations
• Identify and lead cross-functional opportunities both internally and externally
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and employ SRM good practice for key suppliers

Role Purpose -

• To lead and manage the strategic sourcing and contract management of a portfolio of Capital equipment, infrastructure, associated services, and indirect categories with an annual spend more than of £50m
• To manage relationships with key suppliers and drive incremental benefit and services through SRM
• To actively engage key stakeholders and build good working relationships seeking to drive cost out, and find improved business opportunities

Experience & Skills-

• Capital Delivery Projects and Healhcare background
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time within a busy , results orientated environment
• Experienced in complex Indirect and or capital equipment and services procurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills
