This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, bright and driven sustainability professional to join a growing team of climate risk consultants. As a senior member of the team, you will be a passionate leader and an effective communicator. You will have proven your ability to influence change and deliver in building a zero carbon world.

The successful candidate will have:

* 3-5 years+ experience in a consultancy setting within climate change risk
* Been responsible for climate risk and opportunities identification, quantification and building risk mitigation plans
* Strong understanding of how climate risks and opportunities can impact companies and how to build climate resilience
* Academic or professional qualifications in sustainability or related topic

Key responsibilities:

* Client relationship management
* Service delivery and improvement - Leading strategic projects with clients to identify and assess climate risk and opportunities that enable clients to build climate resilience
* Good working knowledge of the TCFD framework and changes in the climate risk landscape
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to lead workshops with business leaders as well as leading teams and supporting colleagues with personal development
