As Senior Strategic Purchaser, you will manage a spend portfolio of approximately €50 million across Professional Services, BPO providers, and Fleet. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, influence key commercial decisions, and drive value creation through innovative sourcing strategies, supplier optimisation, and long-term partnership development.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major indirect categories, with full ownership of spend, strategy, and supplier relationships.

• Develop and execute category roadmaps that deliver cost optimisation, process improvement, and operational excellence.

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and long-term contracts with high-value international suppliers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between purchasing strategy, business needs, and operational performance.

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for innovation, consolidation, and risk reduction.

• Support the organisation's broader transformation and growth initiatives through proactive procurement leadership.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in strategic purchasing or category management within a multinational environment.

• Strong indirect procurement expertise-ideally covering professional services, BPO, fleet, or similar categories.

• Proven ability to manage high-value spend and negotiate complex agreements.

• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

• Analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Fluency in English& French is a must
