Role: Snr Project Manager

Location: England

Hybrid Working: Occasional meetings in London HQ and Amsterdam

Salary: Competitive + bonus & package

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading global manufacturing organisation with a multi-£billion revenue to drive their digital supply chain transformation programme which is soon to commence. This includes the implementation of a new supply chain tooling (software) solution and spans broader supply chain, including Integrated Business Planning and S&OP.

You will:

  • Prepare and manage the project plan, budget and risks, and track the progress and changes
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
  • Manage the project governance that is set by the Program Manager
  • Set an environment of collaboration and partnership with the vendors
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
  • Act as an internal quality control check for the project
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

Ideally, you will have:

  • Successful delivery of 2+ complex projects spanning multiple business units within a manufacturing/production organisation
  • Excellent day-to-day leadership of a project team
  • Ability to build trust and relationships
  • Strong project management skills specifically in managing budgets, timelines, risks and changes
  • Excellent facilitation skills, being able to manage effective meetings and workshops remotely and face to face
  • Expertise in presenting to Stakeholders and Senior Leadership
  • Expertise in IT systems, supply chain dynamics and processes
  • Exceptional spoken and written English is essential. Language skills in Dutch, French or German is a plus
