Role: Senior Category Manager - BPO & Outsourcing

Salary: Up to £75K + Car Allowance + Bonus + Market Leading Pension + Private Medical + 30 Days Holiday

Location: Bradford (2 days p/w on-site)

Role:

You will be tasked with;

  • Driving identification of opportunities, across all business units, in relation to Outsourcing / BPO solutions that could deliver commercial value and operational efficiency for customers
  • Develop an agenda which seeks to encourage commercial innovation across the Outsourcing portfolio - supporting internal customers to recognise the value and opportunity presented by BPO vendors
  • Utilise your deep market knowledge of the Outsourcing domain in order to position yourself as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders, encompassing the CxO community
  • Manage the in-house, captive, sourcing execution team through the S2C process for all go to market procedures

Experience:

You will demonstrate;

  • Deep expertise in the Procurement of BPO solutions for global 'blue-chip' organisations - what does "good" look like?
  • Experience of developing both 1st Gen and 2nd Gen Outsourcing procurement strategies that drive value and efficiency for the customer
  • Evidence of challenging CxO level stakeholders in regard to their appetite for Risk within the Outsourcing portfolio
  • Experience gained in regulated private sector organisations - Pharmaceuticals and/or Financial Services preferred
