A great opportunity for an experienced Hard FM Senior Procurement Manager to join a leading Facilities company.
This is a mix of WFH and office, ideally two days fortnightly London Based.
You will need to extensive experience in Hard FM with a solid background in Supply Chain and Procurement activities.
Purpose of the role
To manage Supply Chain & Procurement activities across KA1, KA2 &
Specialised Services (SS), supporting the organisations value proposition by driving cost
focus, mitigating risk and ensuring compliance. To provide sourcing, contract &
supplier relationship management for the agreed categories to achieve reduced
cost (TCO), improved operating efficiencies and product or service quality. Managing relationships with suppliers and represents the function with customers.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience in FM category procurement for 3-5 years. Demonstrates professional P&SC capability.
- Knowledgeable in negotiation and contracting processes, tools and systems. Understanding of critical clauses / T&Cs, capable of handling complex supplier relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management skills. An effective communicator who can operate at multiple levels using different formats
- Project management skills with a focus on execution. Able to create a plan and deliver it.
