Our client, a market leading financial services organisation seeks to recruit a Senior Procurement HR Category Manager. This is an individual contributor role initially operating with their global Procurement function.
The spends under control will be up to £1bn.
Delivering true process and operational change whilst leading and taking full ownership of the sourcing activity within the HR subcategories, which will include:
You will have:
- Demonstrable success operating in an HR Category Management in a large and complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement in a non-mandated environment.
- Ideally, Degree and CIPS qualified
- Global experience
