My client is Europe's largest real estate company, committed to sustainable investment and focused on income generating quality properties that have potential for value-add in central locations in Europe.

My client hires and develops the most passionate people in their field to help build a better working world and is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior ESG Sustainability Manager to focused on operational performance, supporting teams in all aspects of sustainability management, including the delivery of ESG and wider sustainability KPIs.

In this role, you will provide strategy and delivery. Support the team and to establish policies and procedures related to sustainability and environmental impact and supports maintenance of policies and procedures relating to broader ESG. Partner with teams to ensure sustainability principles are embedded into development projects. Provide support for regular and annual reporting relating to sustainability and ESG.

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Experience implementing and executing sustainability strategies in real estate.
• Working knowledge in sustainability and ESG to at least a manager level with the understanding on how to deliver and implement strategies.
• Depth knowledge of Sustainability and ESG and present a track record of success providing specialist services to sustainability reporting at senior management and board level.
• Excellent communication and "team player" attitude to work within a growing and knowledgeable team
• Positive mindset with a desire to learn and a passion for sustainability/ESG.
• Technical understanding of Real Estate and MEP is desirable.
