With ambitious sustainability strategy and carbon reduction targets! We have a fantastic job to join a large multinational postal service and courier company.

You are a mission driven Sustainability Professional with experience in CR, CRS, Sustainability, Community Investment with the ambition to effectively influence, lead projects and manage change at a pivotal time of growth for the business. You have a proven track record and experience managing CR Strategy, reporting and stakeholder engagement, this includes experience with various CR reporting and measuring methodologies.

Role: Senior CR and Reporting Manager (8-month maternity cover FTC)

Location: London (flexibility to work from home)

Salary: up to £55K

About you:

You will have In-depth knowledge of Sustainability, Environment and Community topics, including CR reporting tools/ frameworks and understanding of best practice recommendations, sustainability-related regulations, and developments. Other the other hand you will have strong written skills and the ability to manage delivery of a wide range of documents such as policy, thought leadership proposals, narratives, reports, and strategy documents.

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to think outside the box, so you'll need to have ability to challenge current ways of thinking and apply external best practices internally. Strong data management and project management skills are must. You'll also need strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across the business from shop floor to senior level.

Your experience include:

  • 5+ years' experience in CR / Sustainability / Community Investment / Charity; preferably in a large, private sector organisation
  • Experience in a prestigious FTSE100 or similar organisation with exceptional qualifications (either achieved or training towards), and a strong passion for sustainability
  • You will be required to effectively influence, lead projects, and manage change at a pivotal time of growth for the business. This will require an agile and innovative mind, with excellent people and project management skills. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, well suited to an individual who thrives on a challenge and is able to effectively network across all levels
  • Experience managing CR Strategy, reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Awareness of and experience with various CR reporting and measuring methodologies (e.g. CDP & DJSI), and climate related risk assessment and scenario analysis (e.g. TCFD)
