I am currently recruiting for a leading utility company, who have a requirement for a Senior Contract and Supplier Manager to join their team of high-performing procurement professionals in Worthing, West Sussex.
In this role you will be managing all contracts across the indirect categories of IT, BPO, and Professional Services. This is the type of role where you will need to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and gain trust in a fresh new position in the company. Someone is required with a strong personality and a desire to achieve; a real expert is needed with a strong customer focus.
Benefits include a salary of between £50K-£75K, and a strong package including 5-10% bonus, matched pension contributions and healthcare.
The type of experience required for this role includes:
- A depth of experience in indirect categories such as IT, HR, Professional Services etc.
- Experience of internal and external stakeholder management in challenging environments.
- A proficiency of implementing cost-reductions through driving standardisation.
- Someone with leadership or coaching experience, since leadership responsibilities will be required through the lifecycle of the role.
