Role: Senior Consultant Business and Human Rights

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid working model available)

Salary: up to €85K+ attractive benefits

About you:

You will help clients to identify, understand and address their human rights and social impacts. Our clients: team members work with business, government and not-for-profit to understand complex social issues, risks and opportunities. They develop and implement practical responses to create sustainable positive change.

You will be working on a range of innovative services relating to social impact, human rights in business, ethical sourcing, sustainable supply chain management, social assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Together with colleagues from different countries and departments you work towards building market relations and serving customers. The function offers plenty of opportunity for both personal and professional growth. We create the right environment for you to be able to boost your own development.

Your skills include:

  • Significant knowledge of and experience in the field of business and human rights
  • Experience in implementing relevant tools and methodologies, such as stakeholder consultations, social research, social audits, human rights risk assessments, human rights impact assessments. Additional skills in qualitative research skills are a bonus (e.g. using NVivo coding)
  • Experience managing global projects
  • Ability to think from multiple stakeholder perspectives
