Senior Category Manager - Hard FM - £75K

Are you a experienced Procurement Professional with specific experience in Hard FM including; M&E, UPS, Fire & Security and BMS?

If so, an opportunity has arisen to join a leading Facilities Management organisation based in Surrey!

The role:

• To lead Hard FM Procurement strategy across the UK & I to maximise benefits and saving across a large spend portfolio.
• Work in a collabortaive manner with stakeholders to define and execute Procurement & Supply chain solutions that deliver financial benefits.
• Drive improvements and business performance through successful relationship management between company and supplier.

Experience required:

• You will be expected to demonstrate expert procurement / category management knowledge within Hard FM including mechanical & electrical (M&E) and capital related works. Experience in specific Hard FM sub-categories e.g. UPS, Fire and Security, BMS, water treatment, electrical wholesalers.
• A minimum of 10 years procurement experience within a complex and challenging business environment. Experience of procuring sub-contractors across Hard FM.
• Educated to Graduate level
• CIPS / ISM / MBA graduate is preferred.
