Job Title: Senior Category Manager - FM (Facilities Management) and Real Estate

Remuneration: Up to $160k, 20% bonus, 401k, healthcare etc

Location: Boston

Industry: Electronic Manufacturing and Retail

Remit: $70-80MM across FM - large focus on corporate real estate

Travel: 10-20%, primarily across the US

Our client is a global leader in electronics manufacturing, across a range of commercial and consumer industries. With premium retail outlets located globally, our client is a prestigious brand which will undoubtedly add significant value to your CV for future career moves.

A relatively immature Category Management position, procuring a range of FM / Facilities Management services - both hard and soft with a strong focus on corporate real estate (60 offices / 350 retail stores). Our client is experiencing significant (60%) growth in their retail operations, and as such are requiring an FM or Real Estate procurement / buying expert who will be able to work in a fast paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an exciting and fast growing company. To be considered, you must have at least 10 years' experience in sourcing / procurement, and you also need to be a subject matter expert in either FM or Real Estate procurement.
