Role: Senior Category Manager - Consultancy & Advisory
Salary: Up to £75K + Car Allowance + Bonus + Market Leading Pension + Private Medical + 30 Days Holiday
Location: Glasgow (2 days p/w on-site)

Role:
You will be tasked with;
- Developing innovative category strategies to drive commercial value and efficiency across a £150m Consultancy & Advisory spend portfolio
- Develop an agenda which seeks to encourage commercial innovation across the portfolio - supporting internal customers to recognise the value and opportunity presented by "challenger" vendors
- Utilise your deep market knowledge of the Consultancy domain in order to position yourself as a trusted business partner to key stakeholders, encompassing the CxO community
- Manage the in-house, captive, sourcing execution team through the S2C process for all go to market procedures
Experience:
You will demonstrate;
- Deep expertise in the Consultancy & Advisory category domain - Big 4, Tax, Audit, Advisory, Financial Crime etc
- Experience of developing 3-5 year category plans, road-maps and strategies
- Track record of delivering commercial innovation within the category - including the introduction of "challenger" vendors into the portfolio
- Evidence of challenging CxO level stakeholders in regard to their appetite for Risk within the portfolio
- Experience gained in regulated private sector organisations - Pharmaceuticals and/or Financial Services preferred
