Procurement P2P Process & Systems Manager £60K + Excellent Package
Are you a hungry and ambitious Procurement P2P Process & Systems Manager looking for a career defining challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a Procurement function, supporting the Director of the function with the ongoing development and implementation of a best in class process, for a leading Financial Services organisation.
Location: Manchester/Northampton/Glasgow + Flexible Working
Role:
The jobholder will provide an expert Procurement Process & Systems capability by:
- Supporting the process design and optimisation of the platform in line with the function and domain strategy
- Analysing trends in issues, incidents and change to identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues and deliver benefits
- Ensuring continued alignment to Procurement Strategy and product specific road map, guiding decisions within this
- Raising awareness of forthcoming capabilities prior to and at release through innovative comms
- Managing the demand pipeline ensuing that all governance is followed and benefits are realised as required
- Supporting P2P Transformation lead and stakeholders to define the measures of success for concepts / ideas
Experience:
The jobholder will demonstrate advanced stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills.
- Experience with Payment processes, P2P tools like Coupa is preferred
- Exposure to Procurement supply chain processes and technologies
- An understanding of the Global Procurement processes
- Has an understanding of the dynamics of large, complex organisations with proven skills in matrix working environments
- Ability to thrive in a highly complex operating environment and with a huge variety of tasks and challenges
- Ability to translate technical language into business language
- Experience gained in complex, global, 'blue-chip' environments
- Ideally Degree qualified
