In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the project from project inception, through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and hand-over of an operating facility, which could include ground-up construction, fit-outs, remodels, etc.

Key requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and Procurement contracts.
• Experienced in the use of NEC/JCT contracts
• Experienced in managing 3rd parties & subcontractors
• Track record of managing projects with Infrastructure and high rise
• High degree of attention to detail and minute writing
