Salary to £65k depending on expereince

Location: Weybridge, Surrey (minimum 3 days per week required on site)

Key requirements:

  • Experienced in managing the strategic planning and delivery of Projects from Inception / Strategic Definition through to Handover and Use, including the production of Business Cases from Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) to Final Business Case (FBC).
  • Experienced in delivering complex projects in live operational facilities, demonstrating stakeholder engagement and management to deliver the benefits defined in the business case
  • Strong experience working with robust governance and assurance procedures
  • Experienced in Risk Management, demonstrating proactive risk management and risk reduction strategies
  • Experienced in the control of project schedules and costs to deliver the project benefits within the programme and cost agreed at Governance Gateways
  • Experienced in Supplier Management of project managers to engage designers, commercial management, to ensure risk is managed effectively, strategic direction of the project is provided, and governance panels are passed
  • Experienced in Stakeholder management, working with sector leads to define requirements, manage expectations and report on progress to achieve project outcomes
  • Experienced in managing projects successfully and confidently through Governance Gateways, presenting to Senior Management
  • Experience of Project delivery in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or M&E Industry with technical knowledge and experience of containment environments is preferable
  • Understanding of Project Delivery within the RIBA plan of work framework.
  • Experience of Project Delivery using the NEC4 or NEC3 suite of contracts.
  • Security clearance of CTC or higher preferred but not essential. Projects include biocontainment, BMS, demolitions and general works.
