Role: Project Buyer - Construction, Engineering & Build Projects
Location: SE part of South Holland / Salary: €50,000 - €80,000 + package

As Buyer, you'll play a key role in managing procurement across materials, subcontractors, CAPEX, MRO and technical systems - ensuring the right resources are in place to deliver complex build projects on time and on budget. What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing procurement across a range of construction, materials and services

• Managing subcontractor relationships and performance

• Supporting tender processes and cost-saving initiatives

• Working closely with engineering, project, and production teams

• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and sustainability goals

What We're Looking For:

• Experience across both construction/engineering environments and Procurement. This can be construction, engineering or broader MRO/CAPEX procurement

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Able to interpret technical documentation and work collaboratively

• Well-organised, proactive, and commercially focused

• English speaking
