Our client, a leading clothes manufacturer are currently recruiting for a Textiles Procurement Buyer to join their Procurement & Supply Chain team.

Job Responsiblities:

• Responsible for managing and expanding the current supplier base.
• Price negotiation with suppliers - existing & new.
• Responsible for ensuring purcharse orders are raised in a timely manner.
• Be a liasion point between the company and suppliers - discuss current trends and future innovations.

Person Specification:

• Strong experience negotiating with suppliers with evidenced savings.
• Experience in managing a supplier base and ensuring KPI's are met.
• Experience purchasing raw materials - Textiles / Fabrics preferential.
• Previous experience raising PO's.
