It is planned that you will hire a procurement systems specialist/administrator to support you within the role once you have been in the position for c. 6 months.

Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the procurement systems, including ensuring that all new and existing suppliers and products are compliant. You will support staff members to onboard new supplier and product portfolios and conduct regular coaching and training on effective systems usage across the business.

You will develop, implement, and manage systems reporting capabilities in conjunction with the Head of Procurement and the North American senior leadership team. You will also support the analysis of key system data, working closely with operational site teams and purchasing managers to proactively manage their site procurement.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement for North America and working closely with the Global Procurement Director, this role is based out of their North American headquarters in New York City 4 days per week, with the remaining day worked remotely. Semi-regular travel across the region will be required.

Experience:

You will be naturally analytical, data-savvy, and numerate. You will be comfortable analysing and interpreting large data sets and be an advanced user of excel.

Ideally, you will have previously worked in a food service or similar hospitality environment, with an understanding and appreciation of the regulatory and compliance aspects of the business. Experience in other regulated businesses will also be considered and is not mandatory.
