1st Executive are recruiting for tier 1 insurance multinational - specifically looking for someone to support and take ownership of procurement tools, systems and process. The business is going through transformation and digitisation and this role you'll be leading on tools and systems project integrations and BAU management for procurement and you'll be overseeing the payment tools for the business across the UK. If you have any exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, and ServiceNow, then we would like to hear from you. This role would see you being part of a wide spread group strategy.

• This strategy must support Procurement's processes and priorities, with a requirement to drive a concrete action plan for data quality and Master Data Management through UK entities and alongside Group requirements.
• The continuous development, deployment and improvement of Group mandated tools must be delivered, in addition to a smooth transition between legacy tools and the new targeted procurement tools.
• Develop understanding of wider toolsetd and where potential integrations may be required, and associated processes required as a result of these integrations.
• Where projects require integration or extracts from toolset under management, these projects are proactively participated in and risks and opportunities are understood and escalated where required.
