Are you an ambitious Procurement Specialist seeking an exciting and challenging role? This is a fantastic opportunity to support a Head of Procurement in the delivery of end to end projects across the breadth of indirect Procurement, for a leading facilities management organisation.

Role:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Procurement Manager; conducting supplier & product research, managing projects & data across all indirect spend categories. This is a critical role that will contribute to the success of the team by supporting the design and implementation of category strategies & sourcing plans in turn managing savings performance data and maintaining an accurate contracts database.

Experience:

• Candidates should present some experience of operating in a Procurement Capacity
• Experience gained in an international organisation is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills for interacting with senior stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills (V-Look Up's, Pivot Tables, Macro's)
• Ideally Degree qualified
