Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• Experienced in one or more of the following: procurement, category management or contract management
• Experience in working within the requirements of the Public Sector regulations including the Public Contracts Regulations, the Utility Contracts Regulations and/or the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations
• Experience in any of the following:
  • Strategy Development including Benefits Identification
  • Early Market Engagement
  • Developing Procurement, Packaging, Commercial and/or Contracting Strategies
  • Developing Commercial Governance Procedures, Processes and Systems
  • eSourcing and/or eEvaluation Systems
  • Tender and Contract Documentation Production
  • Awarding Contracts
  • Contract Management
  • Commercial Management
  • Risk and Opportunity Management

Desirable:

• Current SC security clearance
• Desire to join a leading consultancy
• Academic achievements or CIPS etc
