Procurement Manager - Welwyn - £55k

I am recruiting for a Procurement Manager in Welwyn , for a leading Pharmaceutical company, who employ 100,000 members of staff Globally. The Global Procurement function is going through a large regeneration project, which will create fantastic progression opportunities within Procurement.

Role

• You will strategically manage complex categories across the breadth of the R&D spend.
• You will explore the category to find ways of driving and improving the procurement process's.
• You will drive engagement and develop relationships with key stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
• You will be working across multiple complex projects from the start through to completion.

Experience needed:

• Strategic Sourcing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry across a range of sub categories including Clinical, CRO, Safety Labs, Histo-Pathology, etc.
• Excellent track record of engaging and influencing key stakeholders.
• Working towards/achieved your CIPS qualification.
• Experience running complex procurement Projects.
