The role would suit an accomplished Senior Buyer or Category Manager specialising in Telco who can act as subject matter expert for the latest innovations.

You will handle all aspects of the Procurement process, from Bid Management to SRM, and nurture a number of key suppliers, scrutinising existing contracts and renewing or replacing as necessary. Spend is c£20m across EMEA, and bids range from £5m to £100m.

Key Criteria:

  • A background in Telco Procurement within a global blue chip organisation
  • Deep category expertise in Telecoms, ideally with knowledge of circuits going into the cloud and Unified Comms
  • Strong contract management skills, including flow-up and flow-down clauses
  • A second language (particularly German) is highly desirable
