A fantastic new opportunity for experienced metal(s) procurement professionals to join a highly profitable organisation in a completely greenfield procurement environment.

This role will see you build and develop your own category from scratch, bringing market expertise and valuable knowledge into the company.

Role: Procurement Manager - Metals

Salary: Up to £55k + Package

Location: West Midlands

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience purchasing metals (steel, aluminium etc)
• Experience developing category sourcing strategies which deliver short term savings and drives category transformation through time
• Demonstrable experinece in developing on-going category management activities including driving supplier performance, demand management savings, and increasing category compliance
• Demonstrable experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders
