Procurement Manager FM - £65K + £4K Car Allowance + Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to operate as the Hard FM Category Manager for one of the most widely-respected Real Estate Services firms, listed on the NYSE.

The role will require you to be responsible for the Hard FM Category, with overall procurement team spend $400MM per year. Your role will be to synchronise procurement spend across EMEA, ensuring quality and consistency for a variety of high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Demonstrate experience running Hard FM procurement tenders.
• Demonstrate non-monetary KPI achievements.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Travel once or twice monthly to various locations in Europe, depending on requirements.
• Be flexible, adapting to changing environments and workloads as required.

Desirable qualities:

• Client-facing experience gained in the procurement function of a leading FM services organisation.
