Location: hybrid. Central London (3 day per week in office)

We're looking for an ambitious Procurement Specialist with experience in IT and indirects to lead the creation of a brand-new procurement function within a rapidly growing, international wealth management organisation. The Opportunity

You'll be pivotal in shaping supplier strategies, governance models, and sourcing frameworks that will support the business as it scales. Expect autonomy, challenge, and the satisfaction of seeing your work deliver real results across the organisation.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, working to;

  • Design and implement end-to-end procurement processes and governance frameworks
  • Build procurement tools, dashboards, and supplier management structures
  • Lead RFPs, negotiate contracts, and onboard suppliers to deliver value and compliance
  • Drive cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and process improvement across IT and indirects spend categories
  • Develop reporting tools to track supplier performance, savings, and procurement activity
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple departments and internal teams to ensure strategies align with business needs and objectives
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, influencing senior stakeholders and embedding new ways of working

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in IT and indirects procurement, ideally within financial services or regulatory blue chip environment
  • Experience in building end-to-end procurement processes and tools
  • Strong knowledge of supplier management, strategic sourcing, and governance
  • Hands-on experience with procurement systems and analytics tools(e.g. Coupa, SAP Ariba or equiv)
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive under pressure and pace
